lol, this icon took me a while to get right. It's so much harder to fluently animate pixel chibis @ . @ I hope you all like it!

Also I've been seeing a lot of people use my icons without giving credit, more then half. I'm making these icons for people to use for free, the least you can do is follow the instructions for using them. thank youuuu~

how to make a signature:
Hover over your username at the top of the screen in the green toolbar. Then, when the options pop up, click on settings. once you're on the settings page you should see "Comment Signature" and a text box underneath it. Type whatever you'd like in that box, click save, and it should become your signature

I've got two questions: First, by giving credit to your icons, is simply writing at the bottom of the journal, profile, comment, wherever you use said icon, "Mini-Umbrella's icon" okay?
Second, how do you do these things?! They're so adorable. I want to make a jiggly jello of my own! *^*
